Questions about pricing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, and all your resumes stay yours forever — even on the free plan.
What happens to my resumes if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your data stays. You'll keep read & export access to every resume you've made, even past the free plan's "1 active" limit. You just can't tailor or rewrite more than one without upgrading again.
Do you offer student pricing?
Yes — Pro is free for students with a valid .edu email. Apply on the signup page.
Is there a refund policy?
If you upgrade and decide BeauCV isn't for you within 14 days, write to support@beaucv.fr and we'll refund you, no questions.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Coach covers small teams up to 25 seats. For larger orgs (universities, bootcamps, EAPs), talk to us for volume pricing & SSO.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit & debit cards via Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA for European customers.
