Go to login and click "Forgot." We'll email a reset link within a minute.
How do I cancel my Pro plan?
Settings → Plan → "Cancel subscription." You'll keep Pro until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of upgrading, email support@beaucv.fr and we'll refund you in full.
Do you offer student pricing?
Yes — Pro is free while you're enrolled with a valid .edu (or international equivalent) email.
Can I export my data?
Always. Settings → Privacy → "Export everything" gives you a JSON archive of your full profile and résumé history.
